When we were contacted for the design of this project, we did not imagine the area to intervene, the roof of a Pent House where the most beautiful thing was the amazing visuals towards the city of Caracas, almost 360°.
The design concept revolved around the client’s wishes such as creating a wall of aromatic plants, a resting space for a hammock and an area of puffs surrounded by different species such as fruit trees, and at the same time connecting the bar area and the pergola of the exercise area with the rest of the proposal. Another important condition was that everything should be removable in order to be able to evolve the space if future changes were required. So after analyzing and developing the ideas we came up with this proposal in which we achieved a system of wooden elements that were fulfilling all the requirements and resulted in a beautiful terrace or Green Roof.
