I wanted to include this architectural project, specifically a remodeling of an apartment because, although I am an architect, after the Master in Landscape Architecture Landscape Architecture became my passion, so I had time without doing work focused on architectural design, so with this proposal for a group of my family, I returned to take up this work which I am also very passionate about.
This apartment is a Pent House of 270 m2 of area approximately. The main objective of the proposal is to create a large core in the house to enjoy the coexistence between the members of the family group, as well as the lighting since all its periphery is delimited by large windows and not having intermediate walls, the large wooden ceiling takes an important role. The kitchen area is located on the great view of the garden of the complex, leaving the auxiliary dining area as the large bar between the kitchen and the social area. All the rooms have a view of the landscape, which gives them good ventilation and lighting. The battery of bathrooms is organized in the same central core with zenithal lighting. And finally the terrace is composed in its perimeter by benches and a focal point where a tree is located which offers shade in this outdoor area with great views of the surrounding landscape.
