Rio de Janeiro Boulevard Competition

Caracas is a city that is geographically divided by the river Guaire. Its Urban development never managed to connect both margins which resulted in wide avenues along the river, among them is the Rio de Janeiro avenue, located on the south bank and the edge of an urbanization with an active urban life and unbeatable views of Cerro Avila. However, this sector is presented as an isolated, monofunctional and underused territory.
There have been raised five strategic lines:

1.MOBILITY
2.TEHCHNOLOGY
3.ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY
4.SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY
5.ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY.
The project is intended since its FEASIBILITY, the relationship between intermodal seats (KI) and urban parks (BOU) translated into replicable ideas that happen along the avenue, ensuring simple and quick implementation of stages.
